Leonides Etxekopar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Szczepan Wierzchowski made a huge save. A collision led to Mszczyczyn getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Zachariasz Drzewucki hit a great ball. If Claudio Bucciarelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Matias Chepe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Szczepan Wierzchowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. San Lorenzo 11's Claudio Bucciarelli was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 11th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Szczepan Wierzchowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Bucciarelli in the 14th minute. When Marek Molski fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mszczyczyn's protests and gave Marek Molski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th minute, Marek Molski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th play minute Claudio Bucciarelli came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Szczepan Wierzchowski. 3-0. After 22 minutes, Claudio Bucciarelli made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mszczyczyn's Szczepan Wierzchowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th of the match, Claudio Bucciarelli tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Szczepan Wierzchowski got in the way and made a wonderful save. After 31 minutes, Agustin Feliz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo 11 and the Mszczyczyn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Agustin Feliz kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Dobromir Mis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Bucciarelli in the 46th minute of play forced Mszczyczyn's goalkeeper Szczepan Wierzchowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The wind increased when Claudio Bucciarelli made the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Mszczyczyn's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Bucciarelli came free, but Szczepan Wierzchowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Szczepan Wierzchowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Claudio Bucciarelli fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Lorenzo 11's protests and gave Claudio Bucciarelli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Claudio Bucciarelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mszczyczyn's Dobromir Mis got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Claudio Bucciarelli made a precise shot to the right of Szczepan Wierzchowski. Mszczyczyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. The audience was convinced that Matias Chepe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Szczepan Wierzchowski was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Szczepan Wierzchowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Bucciarelli's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that San Lorenzo 11 were the better team. San Lorenzo 11's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
