The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Freddy Markel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Gabriel Vieira in the 4th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Clementi got free with Emílio Motta in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Ivo Figueiredo sped through Villa Ballester FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Freddy Markel. Freddy Markel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Gabriel Vieira in the 19th minute of the match. When Efraim Bombardier fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guará FC's protests and gave Efraim Bombardier a yellow card for diving instead. Efraim Bombardier hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Freddy Markel came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Guará FC's Tiago Gabriel Vieira. But to his dismay, Tiago Gabriel Vieira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Erlingur Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ivo Figueiredo took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Markel. Freddy Markel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 40 minutes into the match, Villa Ballester FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Vieira came free, but Freddy Markel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Villa Ballester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Bertin to maneuver through the defense. Luis Mannie hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After 44 minutes of play Guará FC's Efraim Bombardier was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Guará FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Efraim Bombardier hit a great ball. Emílio Motta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tomás Clementi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 46 minute of play. The Villa Ballester FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Guará FC were winning 1-4.

The wind increased when Saverio Beat made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Tomás Clementi notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Guará FC's Emílio Motta. Emílio Motta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Emílio Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Clementi in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Tiago Gabriel Vieira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Freddy Markel. Villa Ballester FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiago Gabriel Vieira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. 64 minutes into the match, Villa Ballester FC's goalkeeper Freddy Markel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enéas Seco. Tiago Gabriel Vieira took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Markel. Freddy Markel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. Ivo Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Freddy Markel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Villa Ballester FC got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Bertin. 73 minutes into the match, Ivo Figueiredo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Freddy Markel, 2-7. After a rather tough play, Villa Ballester FC's Edgardo Librado got a free kick in the 77th minute. Freddy Markel made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Ivo Figueiredo sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st minute, Enéas Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Freddy Markel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-8. Freddy Markel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tiago Gabriel Vieira in the 83rd minute. Guará FC's Ivo Figueiredo got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Remo Aguiar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Freddy Markel. Villa Ballester FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remo Aguiar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-9. When the match was over Guará FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Villa Ballester FC throughout the match.
