Barnaba Cieliczka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Sylwester Hajduk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xamo Viladrosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iván Sotomayor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Balkes FC's Iván Sotomayor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Barnaba Cieliczka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Elazar Cambas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Xamo Viladrosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arkadiusz Jarosz in the 21st minute of play. Beniamin Hajduk made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Sylwester Hajduk. 25 minutes into the match, Astral Roots Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Iván Sotomayor came free, but Barnaba Cieliczka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, Balkes FC's Iván Sotomayor made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barnaba Cieliczka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barnaba Cieliczka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iván Sotomayor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elazar Cambas hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes Balkes FC got a freekick which was hit by Iván Sotomayor. Barnaba Cieliczka stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iván Sotomayor's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Iván Sotomayor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barnaba Cieliczka having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iván Sotomayor to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iván Sotomayor in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnaba Cieliczka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60th minute, Iván Sotomayor made a precise shot to the right of Barnaba Cieliczka. Astral Roots Gdynia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 65th minute, Ludomir Okraszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xamo Viladrosa was a little too slow when Sylwester Hajduk got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 84th minute of the game Beniamin Hajduk made a throw-in which Sylwester Hajduk played forward. Barnaba Cieliczka came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Balkes FC's Iván Sotomayor. But to his dismay, Iván Sotomayor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. A throw-in in the 91st minute of the game was made by Marian Ciupierdo with Arkadiusz Jarosz as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Balkes FC had won after a very even match.
