The audience thought a goal was coming when Tzoko Neshkov got free with Lehen Villamor in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Juan Nieva came free, but Evrosi Popsavov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lehen Villamor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tzoko Neshkov in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United F.C.'s zone, Raúl Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evrosi Popsavov came out of the goal and Raúl Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 minutes, Yanek Bakov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester United F.C. and the Fútbol Club Insaar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Yanek Bakov kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Juan Nieva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingos Guillelmus was the one to do the kick off. In the 65th minute of the match, Domingos Guillelmus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Evrosi Popsavov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Raúl Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Evrosi Popsavov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anani Barutchiyski in the 70th minute of play forced Fútbol Club Insaar's goalkeeper Lehen Villamor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evrosi Popsavov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raúl Ribeiro in the 72nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Manchester United F.C.'s Vladko Pipkov got a free kick in the 74th minute. Domingos Guillelmus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Manchester United F.C.'s Valcho Maximov got a free kick in the 80th minute. Raúl Ribeiro's late challenge caught a Manchester United F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Evrosi Popsavov successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Manchester United F.C.'s Evrosi Popsavov got control of the ball when Juan Nieva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fútbol Club Insaar played a much better game than Manchester United F.C. and deserved their victory. The Manchester United F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
