Gustavo Couto started the match with the kick off. If Igor Monø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 7th minute, Teodoro Ascencio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waldir Arantes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Igor Monø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alejo Elizardo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Igor Monø took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldir Arantes. Waldir Arantes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Waldir Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Monø in the 19th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Igor Monø nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waldir Arantes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Alejo Elizardo took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldir Arantes. Waldir Arantes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Gino Couto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nahuel Losada having to interfere. Waldir Arantes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Monø's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Waldir Arantes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Monø, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the game, Gino Couto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ARAUCARIA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Belgrano LOS PIRATAS the free kick. In the 46th match minute, ARAUCARIA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Couto to maneuver through the defense. Waldir Arantes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Monø went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Igor Monø was the one to do the kick off. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the game, Igor Monø was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARAUCARIA FC the free kick. In the 63rd minute, Igor Monø hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ARAUCARIA FC's Arthur Meira got a free kick in the 68th minute. Igor Monø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Monø in the 79th minute of play forced ARAUCARIA FC's goalkeeper Waldir Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes ARAUCARIA FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ivan Drago who took care of the corner kick. Luciano Mazza lost his temper 87 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ARAUCARIA FC! A collision led to ARAUCARIA FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Arthur Meira hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in ARAUCARIA FC's zone, Igor Monø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Arantes came out of the goal and Igor Monø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waldir Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Monø in the 95th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ARAUCARIA FC's zone, Igor Monø stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldir Arantes came out of the goal and Igor Monø tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
