Juan Carlos Suciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Scutti in the 20th minute of play. Lot Itov kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Angelo Peruzzi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdika Philip went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 27 played minutes Salud y República got a freekick which was hit by Roben Reyes. After having played for 29 minutes, Miro Klose managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Aquile Azzurre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miro Klose was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miro Klose got free with Juan Carlos Suciu in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Dominguez charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Dominguez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miro Klose in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Carlos Suciu saved Salud y República from getting behind. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
