AKS Chorzów's defense didn't have a chance, in the 15th minute, when Malte Danielsson scored to the left of an out of position Dariusz Ziombkowski, making the score, 4-0. In the 27th minute Malte Danielsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Ziombkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hieronim Brataniec hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Halkus Valkus BK's Patrick Sander got a free kick in the 29th minute. 34 minutes into the match, AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Dariusz Ziombkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sune Sjöberg. Dariusz Ziombkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Ålberg in the 40th minute of play. Dariusz Ziombkowski was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Ovidiu Spirea capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ovidiu Spirea really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Malte Danielsson to make the kick off. AKS Chorzów's Dariusz Ziombkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Ålberg in the 51st minute of play. Maksymilian Piekarczyk's late challenge caught a Halkus Valkus BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maksymilian Piekarczyk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Ovidiu Spirea made a precise shot to the right of Dariusz Ziombkowski. AKS Chorzów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. After 70 minutes, Milosz Huk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AKS Chorzów and the Halkus Valkus BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to AKS Chorzów getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Milosz Huk hit a great ball. Halkus Valkus BK's Lütfullah Tan was substituted for Nick Usel. Dariusz Ziombkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malte Danielsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AKS Chorzów's Dariusz Ziombkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfullah Tan in the 74th minute of play. Dariusz Ziombkowski came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Halkus Valkus BK's Lütfullah Tan. But to his dismay, Lütfullah Tan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. In the 80th minute Alexander Ålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dariusz Ziombkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AKS Chorzów's Dariusz Ziombkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Spirea in the 81st minute of play. Alexander Ålberg scored 10-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dariusz Ziombkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Halkus Valkus BK were the better team. Halkus Valkus BK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
