Víctor Estrada hit a great ball. Lucas Sabina stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlinhos Schmidt's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Canyelles in the 21st minute of play forced Paranhos Ariranha FC's goalkeeper Lúcio Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colon Rico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Colon Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Colon Rico in the 42nd minute of the match. Lúcio Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Villalcazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcos Villalcazar was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Paranhos Ariranha FC booed when C.D. Ciudad de Soria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Troyes Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 54 minutes, Carlinhos Schmidt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Dionisio Canyelles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lúcio Mota. Dionisio Canyelles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. 70 minutes into the game, Lisandro Alcaraz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.D. Ciudad de Soria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paranhos Ariranha FC the free kick. A collision led to C.D. Ciudad de Soria getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Lisandro Alcaraz hit a great ball. After 71 played minutes, Paranhos Ariranha FC's Fausto Fernandez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Sabina came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paranhos Ariranha FC reached it. Troyes Fernandez hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 74 played minutes, Paranhos Ariranha FC's Evaristo Moreira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Sabina came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Ciudad de Soria's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Schmidt came free, but Lucas Sabina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Fernando Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Ugutz Albizua got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 86th minute Dé Prado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Sabina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 87 minutes of play, C.D. Ciudad de Soria's Dionisio Canyelles made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Mota was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lúcio Mota was a little too slow when Colon Rico got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 1-5. When the match was over C.D. Ciudad de Soria could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Paranhos Ariranha FC throughout the match.
