In the 8th minute, Florencio Librado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hasan Tahsin Hürol was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 11 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Virgilio Ariando. Kemalettin Akgündüz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 15th minute Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Matxin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes of play, BAC Belgrano de Cba's Florencio Librado made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hasan Tahsin Hürol was left in no man's land by his defense there! 28 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Neron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Tahsin Hürol having to interfere. Ermegildo Matxin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson in the 31st minute of the match. Hasan Tahsin Hürol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Peru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Librado in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hasan Tahsin Hürol saved ► CeRR aHPaS a J K◄ from getting behind. In the 43rd minute of the match Kemalettin Akgündüz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ermegildo Matxin skillfully saved the ball. After the first half BAC Belgrano de Cba were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of BAC Belgrano de Cba booed when ► CeRR aHPaS a J K◄ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seyit Ezgü didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hasan Tahsin Hürol was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Florencio Librado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Florencio Librado really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. 59 minutes into the match, BAC Belgrano de Cba's goal looked a bit too open when Refik Özerkin came free, but Ermegildo Matxin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Matxin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Placido Neron struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Hasan Tahsin Hürol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BAC Belgrano de Cba. Hasan Tahsin Hürol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florencio Librado in the 74th minute. Placido Neron fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 94th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. In the 96th minute, Kjell-Arne Ambjörnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The BAC Belgrano de Cba supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BAC Belgrano de Cba would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
