But to his dismay, Franco Mastantuono quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 9th minute, Nildo Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Phil Foden, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 12 minutes into the game, TEIXEIRINHA FC's Anderson Vaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Elvio Pacifico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 20th minute, Esteban Tabb made a precise shot to the right of Duarte de Carvalho. TEIXEIRINHA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Anderson Vaz had several of the CRIMINAL MAMBO's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-2 score and a disappointed Elvio Pacifico as he didn't even see the shot coming. Elvio Pacifico didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 26th minute, which inside left pole to 4-2. Anderson Vaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Elvio Pacifico made a huge save. After 36 played minutes TEIXEIRINHA FC got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Dracena. Dalmacio Gombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Thomás Cunha fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TEIXEIRINHA FC's protests and gave Thomás Cunha a yellow card for diving instead. Thomás Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anderson Vaz to make the kick off. Elvio Pacifico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anderson Vaz in the 51st minute of the match. Elvio Pacifico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A collision led to TEIXEIRINHA FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Thomás Cunha hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Anderson Vaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Pacifico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anderson Vaz took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Elvio Pacifico. Elvio Pacifico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. CRIMINAL MAMBO's Franco Mastantuono got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Osvaldo Oier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Duarte de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Tabb, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Elvio Pacifico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anderson Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Anderson Vaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-2. CRIMINAL MAMBO's Osvaldo Oier got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Franco Mastantuono left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRIMINAL MAMBO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-3. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The TEIXEIRINHA FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while CRIMINAL MAMBO had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
