Fethi Okhan's late challenge caught a Stevnstrup's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fethi Okhan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute Arthur Kiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kutluay Gökekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Türker Sonalp in the 6th minute of play forced Stevnstrup's goalkeeper Ulrich Jakobsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zekai Özpinar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulrich Jakobsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Ernest Heinungs kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Nico-Pascal Kapteina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Kutluay Gökekin made a huge save. In the 19th minute, Stevnstrup's Arthur Kiel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kutluay Gökekin. Kutluay Gökekin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Stevnstrup's Ulrich Jakobsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türker Sonalp in the 26th minute of play. With his leg Kutluay Gökekin managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Stevnstrup's Villy Bjørnsholm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Günay Tezalp struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ulrich Jakobsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Samsunspor SK2011. 35 minutes into the match, Zekai Özpinar notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Stevnstrup's Ulrich Jakobsen. Ulrich Jakobsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 39th minute, Arthur Kiel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zekai Özpinar in the 41st minute of play forced Stevnstrup's goalkeeper Ulrich Jakobsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Samsunspor SK2011's Kutluay Gökekin got control of the ball when Villy Bjørnsholm tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Villy Bjørnsholm was the one to do the kick off. Kutluay Gökekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nico-Pascal Kapteina's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. When Villy Bjørnsholm came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Stevnstrup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Villy Bjørnsholm couldn't finish the play. If Torbjørn Heldtberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kutluay Gökekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Villy Bjørnsholm in the 56th minute of the match. Günay Tezalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Samsunspor SK2011's goal looked a bit too open when Villy Bjørnsholm came free, but Kutluay Gökekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kutluay Gökekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Kiel in the 74th minute of play. Stevnstrup made a substitution. Ricky Robdrup replaced Anthon Krogstad. After a rather tough play, Samsunspor SK2011's Ahmet İlke Onuk got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Stevnstrup's goalkeeper Ulrich Jakobsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Türker Sonalp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samsunspor SK2011's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stevnstrup the free kick. A collision led to Samsunspor SK2011 getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Türker Sonalp hit a great ball.
