Edílson de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Fabiofs's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Lameiras came free, but Jonas Pombal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Fantini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Paulo Arce was slow to take the kick. During this time Fabiofs's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Pedro Paulo Arce almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Dream Team's Leonel Vaz did a great save. In the 31st minute, Eliseu Lencastre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonas Pombal was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandrino Lobato during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to FC Dream Team getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Alexandrino Lobato hit a great ball. In the 37th minute of the match Pedro Paulo Arce sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonel Vaz skillfully saved the ball. After 39 played minutes Ramón Fantini rounded FC Dream Team's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. A hard shot 46 in the game by Kléber Guimarães from a close distance when the talented Leonel Vaz managed to make a qualified save. FC Dream Team's players were relieved. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Kléber Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Leonel Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 52nd match minute, Fabiofs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón Fantini to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldo Lameiras hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Kléber Guimarães scored 4-1 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonel Vaz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th match minute, FC Dream Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Estrela to maneuver through the defense. Fabiofs's attack was well implemented in the 59th minute, but when Kléber Guimarães was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléber Guimarães in the 76th minute of play forced FC Dream Team's goalkeeper Leonel Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Pombal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldo Lameiras went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandre Carvalhais in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Pombal saved Fabiofs from getting behind. Jonas Pombal made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Ronaldo Lameiras sent off a good shot on target. Ramón Fantini might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonel Vaz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramón Fantini ran back to his position shaking his head. 86 minutes into the game, Fabiofs's Kléber Guimarães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Vaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-2. With 93 minutes on the clock, Vitório das Neves commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Fabiofs getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Vitório das Neves hit a great ball. Jonas Pombal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rogério Lessa in the 95th minute. The Fabiofs players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
