Radowit Leper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Asier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Radowit Leper didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfredo Quinto went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute Martin Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Leper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulryk Duszenski charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ulryk Duszenski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The tension between the Leones FC and the FC Zalesie Górne players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Cisco. The supporters of FC Zalesie Górne booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Calvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes, Leones FC's Dario Gaizko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Radowit Leper came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Leones FC reached it. FC Zalesie Górne's Radowit Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Quinto in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konrad Fiszer to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC Zalesie Górne's zone, Martin Asier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radowit Leper came out of the goal and Martin Asier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Quinto to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Leones FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
