The supporters of FC Steaua Pildesti booed when Andarilhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jarbas Estrela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yuri Ventura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Nechifor in the 20th minute of the match. Yuri Ventura made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Filip Paulescu sent off a good shot on target. The Andarilhos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Yuri Ventura should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the game, FC Steaua Pildesti's Costin Iorgu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yuri Ventura made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Costin Iorgu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yuri Ventura having to interfere. Andarilhos's Yuri Ventura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costin Iorgu in the 66th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Costin Iorgu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Yuri Ventura was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Virgil Dragalina kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Isac Cozmâncă made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jarbas Estrela in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jairo Soeiro got free with Isac Cozmâncă in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valer Cobâlcescu ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Valer Cobâlcescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yuri Ventura quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 94th minute of the match, Jarbas Estrela got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isac Cozmâncă was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Steaua Pildesti's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jairo Soeiro was slow to take the kick. During this time Andarilhos's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Jairo Soeiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Isac Cozmâncă quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Augustin Nechifor managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Steaua Pildesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Augustin Nechifor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yuri Ventura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that FC Steaua Pildesti were the better team. FC Steaua Pildesti's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
