The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentín Montaña during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 61 PIMMS FC's Günalp Taştan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kojiro Hyuga in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match FC KALELİ got a corner. 61 PIMMS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ali Faruk Tansu ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC KALELİ's Ali Faruk Tansu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Günalp Taştan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 15 minutes into the match, FC KALELİ's goalkeeper Yavuz Selimhan Gulson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Selman Özçelik. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by 61 PIMMS FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ali Faruk Tansu was slow to take the kick. During this time FC KALELİ's players had a chance to rest. After 24 minutes of play, 61 PIMMS FC's Hao Yan Ying made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 31 minutes into the match, 61 PIMMS FC's Hao Yan Ying sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yavuz Selimhan Gulson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC KALELİ's Marquinhos Fraco got a free kick in the 35th minute. With an all-out effort, 61 PIMMS FC's Yavuz Selimhan Gulson threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hao Yan Ying, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kamil Reizers in the 37th minute of play forced 61 PIMMS FC's goalkeeper Günalp Taştan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Günalp Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Servet Okaner in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, FC KALELİ's goalkeeper Yavuz Selimhan Gulson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hao Yan Ying. Günalp Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patric Bierhoff in the 44th minute of play. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hao Yan Ying, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

FC KALELİ made a substitution. Vecdet Karaca replaced Cafer Sanbay. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Selman Özçelik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Patric Bierhoff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Günalp Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patric Bierhoff in the 61st minute of play. In the 69th minute, Selman Özçelik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 61 PIMMS FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After 72 minutes of play, 61 PIMMS FC's Hao Yan Ying made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentín Montaña struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 61 PIMMS FC. 61 PIMMS FC made a substitution. Alessandro Costacurta replaced Nusrettin Tanaltay. 82 minutes into the game, 61 PIMMS FC's Hao Yan Ying nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Kazuo Tachibana kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Günalp Taştan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vecdet Karaca in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The 61 PIMMS FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC KALELİ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
