After 20 minutes of play, SC Conceição's Edgard Ribeiro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Ortle was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Rodríguez made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Edelmiro Locaio sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, SC Conceição's Rodolfo Rodríguez got control of the ball when Edelmiro Locaio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Abel Ortle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Abel Ortle came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Conceição's Inácio Lago. But to his dismay, Inácio Lago quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After having played for 36 minutes, Edelmiro Locaio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mystyc FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edelmiro Locaio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 38th minute, Inácio Lago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Conceição fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Abel Ortle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Ribeiro in the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Mystyc FC's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Lago came free, but Abel Ortle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Felipe Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half SC Conceição were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felipe Ikatz to make the kick off. SC Conceição's Rodolfo Rodríguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Locaio in the 53rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Abel Ortle successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Edelmiro Locaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inácio Lago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Abel Ortle made a huge save. Edelmiro Locaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Rodríguez having to interfere. Edelmiro Locaio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
