Ermegildo Bixintxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Bixintxo came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekipa Gabi's Bartosz Olejarz. But to his dismay, Bartosz Olejarz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, DAMIAN TEAM's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Mihuț came free, but Ermegildo Bixintxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boguslaw Trynda struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Ermegildo Bixintxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ekipa Gabi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Endira during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ekipa Gabi booed when DAMIAN TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Endira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Walery Bochinski hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 22 minutes, Leo Astudillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DAMIAN TEAM and the Ekipa Gabi players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes DAMIAN TEAM got a freekick which was hit by Leo Astudillo. Ermegildo Bixintxo came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ekipa Gabi's Doru Mihuț. But to his dismay, Doru Mihuț quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Anastasio Serafo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When Doru Mihuț came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ekipa Gabi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doru Mihuț couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Ekipa Gabi booed when DAMIAN TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Frances didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Doru Mihuț made a precise shot to the right of Ermegildo Bixintxo. DAMIAN TEAM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. After the first half Ekipa Gabi were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelo Osasun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Ekipa Gabi's Boguslaw Trynda ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ermegildo Bixintxo. Ermegildo Bixintxo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Boguslaw Trynda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ekipa Gabi's supporters rose to their feet, but Boguslaw Trynda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Bixintxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ermegildo Bixintxo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boguslaw Trynda in the 68th minute of the match. When Witalis Debkowski fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ekipa Gabi's protests and gave Witalis Debkowski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd match minute, Ekipa Gabi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witalis Debkowski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ekipa Gabi's Damian Czech got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Hernan Frances recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ekipa Gabi's Doru Mihuț was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 78th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Hernan Frances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes of play, DAMIAN TEAM's Angelo Osasun made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francis Calmes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind DAMIAN TEAM's goalkeeper Ermegildo Bixintxo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, DAMIAN TEAM's Leo Astudillo got a free kick in the 87th minute. Doru Mihuț succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-8 in the 92nd playminute. The Ekipa Gabi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
