Paulo Anjos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmut Berrisch, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Jan Schulz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipólito Peralta in the 9th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Januário Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match Herbert Schröder shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Anjos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Leão in the 28th minute of play forced FC Hollywood's goalkeeper Jan Schulz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jan Schulz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipólito Peralta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulo Anjos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Helmut Berrisch's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Alfonso Tarantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Jan Schulz made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, Sven-Christian Ulrich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Helmut Berrisch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafael Leão made a kick off. When LeoMel F.C.'s Rafael Leão in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Hollywood's goalie prevented a goal. Herbert Schröder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Anjos having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC Hollywood defense, Alfonso Tarantini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan Schulz. The FC Hollywood fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan Schulz should have stopped the shot. 64 minutes into the match, FC Hollywood's goal looked a bit too open when Hipólito Peralta came free, but Jan Schulz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Hollywood's Jan Schulz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipólito Peralta in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Januário Lopes notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of FC Hollywood's Jan Schulz. Jan Schulz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 88th match minute, FC Hollywood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Koppers to maneuver through the defense. 89 minutes into the match, FC Hollywood's goal looked a bit too open when Hipólito Peralta came free, but Jan Schulz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Herbert Schröder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Hollywood's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LeoMel F.C. the free kick. In the 91st match minute, FC Hollywood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herbert Schröder to maneuver through the defense.
