In the 9th minute Jürgen Klinsmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clive Shilton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Atauri Iravedra put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mateo Berriotxoa. Soroca F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Tom Hardy scored to the left of an out of position Mateo Berriotxoa, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Chan in the 19th minute of play forced Tala Bosques del Jaure's goalkeeper Clive Shilton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateo Berriotxoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erdiano Saena in the 30th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Innocenzio Sesse had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateo Berriotxoa. Osvaldo Urki kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Tala Bosques del Jaure got a freekick which was hit by Atakan Acabey. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Atauri Iravedra to strike the kick off in the second half. Mateo Berriotxoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Clive Shilton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atilano Maidana, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. The supporters of Tala Bosques del Jaure booed when Soroca F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Harkaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Tala Bosques del Jaure's Clive Shilton got control of the ball when Cristian Chan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute, Atakan Acabey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clive Shilton was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cristian Chan. Tala Bosques del Jaure's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
