In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Cardoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Tadeusz Pionek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zé Augusto Cardoso. That made the score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Mineiro in the 26th minute of play forced Powiśle Warszawa's goalkeeper Boguslaw Jucha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the game, Tadeusz Pionek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zé Augusto Cardoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zé Augusto Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciek Majewski in the 33rd minute of play. Zé Augusto Cardoso came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Powiśle Warszawa's Tadeusz Pionek. But to his dismay, Tadeusz Pionek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The audience was convinced that Tadeusz Pionek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Augusto Cardoso was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Zé Augusto Cardoso was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Tadeusz Pionek capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tadeusz Pionek really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Ryan Giggs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Zé Augusto Cardoso made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Augusto Novaes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the ITAFUT 4EVER defense, Tadeusz Pionek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Augusto Cardoso. The ITAFUT 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Augusto Cardoso should have stopped the shot. Zé Augusto Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Pionek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Pionek in the 63rd minute of play forced ITAFUT 4EVER's goalkeeper Zé Augusto Cardoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ITAFUT 4EVER's zone, Tadeusz Pionek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Augusto Cardoso came out of the goal and Tadeusz Pionek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute, Tadeusz Pionek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Powiśle Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Beto Viana's late challenge caught a Powiśle Warszawa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beto Viana helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ITAFUT 4EVER getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Beto Viana hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Pionek came free, but Zé Augusto Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Augusto Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobiasz Majewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Tadeusz Pionek came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Powiśle Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeusz Pionek couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, ITAFUT 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Maciek Majewski came free, but Zé Augusto Cardoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Powiśle Warszawa's goalkeeper Boguslaw Jucha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Mineiro. Powiśle Warszawa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
