In the 10th minute Gorka Astola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thor Hesjedal kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Edilberto Beguellina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jørgen Holmgren in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match Vestfjorden FK got a corner. Unikurdos United F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ståle Stokkan ran over to the corner to take the kick. José Alejandro Díaz tried in the game's 16th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Edilberto Beguellina. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Unikurdos United F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jørgen Holmgren came free, but Edilberto Beguellina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Jørgen Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edilberto Beguellina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Pangua in the 25th minute of play forced Vestfjorden FK's goalkeeper Gil Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gorka Astola got free with Gil Ceni in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the Unikurdos United F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vestfjorden FK.
