The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Fernandes got free with Norberto Eriz in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 17th minute, Francisco Rozarius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes, Carlos Pacheco made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Challacó's Norberto Eriz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Pacheco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
