The referee ignored CA Quake's protests and gave Damaso Isidor a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Damaso Isidor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Karmel acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 83rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marco Taules. When Oriol Azofra fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Girona FC's protests and gave Oriol Azofra a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Girona FC got a freekick which was hit by Oriol Azofra. The referee showed Abel Inko the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 92 played minutes CA Quake got a freekick which was hit by Abel Inko. In the 94th minute Damaso Isidor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CA Quake had played much better football throughout.
