Rodrigo Azubeli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Gitano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos Dalmau was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Prudencio Thomas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. In the 35th minute Claudio Martxot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Dalmau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julián Alvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julian Abalos hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Julián Alvarez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The referee ignored COSQUIN SFC's protests and gave Baldomero Salvatore a yellow card for diving instead. The Habsburgo fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Habsburgo's Genaro Ulizes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 72nd minute, Prudencio Thomas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Ianis Hagi made a precise shot to the right of Domingos Dalmau. COSQUIN SFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. 78 minutes into the match, Prudencio Thomas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domingos Dalmau. COSQUIN SFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Prudencio Thomas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genaro Ulizes in the 82nd minute of play forced COSQUIN SFC's goalkeeper Domingos Dalmau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes COSQUIN SFC got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Juvenal. Ricardo Benet was shown his second yellow card after 95 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 96th minute, Ricardo Benet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Habsburgo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
