Abelardo Estevez started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the game, Santiago Telo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ernestina FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Śląsk Bytom the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ernestina FC's Santiago Telo got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Napoleon Wietrzychowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Roch Betonowy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Śląsk Bytom fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Roch Betonowy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Haroldo Quinten made a huge save. Haroldo Quinten stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucjan Sochacki's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The Ernestina FC fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Ernestina FC's Abelardo Estevez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Roch Betonowy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Haroldo Quinten made a huge save. Haroldo Quinten was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Maciek Hana capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maciek Hana really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Ernestina FC's Haroldo Quinten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ernestina FC from getting a goal against them. After 33 minutes of play, Śląsk Bytom's Napoleon Wietrzychowski made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haroldo Quinten was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucjan Sochacki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maciek Hana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Haroldo Quinten made a huge save. 40 minutes into the match, Roch Betonowy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haroldo Quinten. Ernestina FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roch Betonowy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. 44 minutes into the match, Ernestina FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Quinten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Krzysztof Wieck. If Maciek Hana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roch Betonowy to make the kick off. Haroldo Quinten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roch Betonowy, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After some careless play in the Ernestina FC defense, Maciek Hana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Haroldo Quinten. The Ernestina FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Haroldo Quinten should have stopped the shot. Haroldo Quinten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciek Hana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ernestina FC's Ruperto Avellaneda got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Betonowy in the 64th minute of play forced Ernestina FC's goalkeeper Haroldo Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haroldo Quinten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krzysztof Wieck went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-1 was the resulting score. Maciek Hana scored 11-1 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Haroldo Quinten, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Haroldo Quinten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roch Betonowy went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-1 was the resulting score. After 77 minutes of play, Śląsk Bytom's Maciek Hana made it 13-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haroldo Quinten was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernestina FC's Haroldo Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krzysztof Wieck in the 80th minute of play. Roch Betonowy took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Haroldo Quinten. Haroldo Quinten dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-1. 88 minutes into the match, Roch Betonowy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haroldo Quinten. Ernestina FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roch Betonowy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-1. When the referee ended the match the Śląsk Bytom players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
