Evis Castañondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hieronim Wielowiejski having to interfere. Evis Castañondo came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hieronim Wielowiejski could save by the left post. Cezary Siekierski hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Igor Musial hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when Smile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zula Gierasik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santos Poves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Hieronim Wielowiejski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateusz Ogrodowicz hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Santos Poves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manoel Loarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Posadzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Montevideo City Torque! Izydor Gdowski shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Evis Castañondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Hieronim Wielowiejski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Smile getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mateusz Ogrodowicz hit a great ball. Smile's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
