After 15 played minutes Metal Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Jeremias Inocente. Dieter Muller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fernando Benvido having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Metal Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Iraitz came free, but Fernando Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in GUSESI's zone, Jeremias Inocente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Kiliz came out of the goal and Jeremias Inocente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ariel La Forgia in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santos Kiliz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ariel La Forgia's late challenge caught a GUSESI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ariel La Forgia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 30th match minute, Metal Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel La Forgia to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Fernando Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
