An unexpectedly hard shot by Panagiotis Grigorakos in the 15th minute of play forced Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Doru Apostu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Paralia Athens's goal looked a bit too open when Michalis Theodorakos came free, but Doru Apostu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punk Fathers's goalkeeper Stefanos Manolopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lakis Boukas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Doru Apostu made a huge save. In the 25th minute of the match Paralia Athens got a corner. Punk Fathers's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teodor Romeo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Paralia Athens's corner Teodor Romeo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stefanos Manolopoulos quite easily take care of the ball. Paralia Athens's Doru Apostu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Paralia Athens from getting a goal against them. Michalis Theodorakos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Doru Apostu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Doru Apostu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lakis Boukas in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Paralia Athens's goalkeeper Doru Apostu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michalis Theodorakos. The audience was convinced that Leonard Chirculescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stefanos Manolopoulos was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Doru Apostu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Papazacharias in the 58th minute of play. Stefanos Manolopoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonard Chirculescu's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The supporters of Punk Fathers booed when Paralia Athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Rosario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panagiotis Grigorakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Doru Apostu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michalis Theodorakos in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doru Apostu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Paralia Athens defense, Panagiotis Grigorakos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Doru Apostu. The Paralia Athens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Doru Apostu should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Paralia Athens's goal looked a bit too open when Michalis Theodorakos came free, but Doru Apostu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doru Apostu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lakis Boukas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paralia Athens's Doru Apostu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Grigorakos in the 83rd minute of play. Leonard Chirculescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stefanos Manolopoulos came out and tried to block the shot, but Leonard Chirculescu slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 85th minute. Doru Apostu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lakis Boukas in the 90th minute of play. In the 92ndth minute of the game Panagiotis Grigorakos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paralia Athens's Doru Apostu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Paralia Athens defense, Michalis Theodorakos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Doru Apostu. The Paralia Athens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Doru Apostu should have stopped the shot.
