The corner led KP Karmel's Jan Hludzenski to fire away a dangerous shot which Roger Lund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lucjan Rudy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Berg in the 32nd minute of the match. Roger Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Lech, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Szczepan Wlodyga's late challenge caught a Blue Angels's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szczepan Wlodyga helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KP Karmel's Szczepan Wlodyga got a free kick in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Janusz Lech in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roger Lund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Konstanty Karwowski kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Edgar Grabski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Roger Lund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andréas Söderqvist made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jens-Erik Dalström during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Blue Angels's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Janusz Lech scored to the left of an out of position Roger Lund, making the score, 0-3. In the 78th minute Marcus Berg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Rudy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Blue Angels were awarded a corner. Sebastian Hausner went to the cornerflag to take it.
