Cláudio López could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Antonín Škoda made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Xanti Cediel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cláudio López received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Antonín Škoda came out and tried to block the shot, but Cláudio López slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Kléber Lima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ECS FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NAGANO F.C the free kick. In the 12th match minute, ECS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléber Lima to maneuver through the defense. Javier Burrau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stellan Kalfhage, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, NAGANO F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Stellan Kalfhage came free, but Javier Burrau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th match minute, NAGANO F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cláudio López to maneuver through the defense. Cláudio López could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Antonín Škoda made a huge save. Javier Burrau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Freire in the 34th minute of the match. Antonín Škoda came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by NAGANO F.C's Cláudio López. But to his dismay, Cláudio López quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. A collision led to NAGANO F.C getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Hector-Luis Soldevilla hit a great ball. Javier Burrau came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ECS FK's Milutin Mrenović. But to his dismay, Milutin Mrenović quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Javier Burrau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Freire in the 43rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basarab Bîlbă in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Javier Burrau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basarab Bîlbă stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Milutin Mrenović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Burrau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milutin Mrenović in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Burrau saved NAGANO F.C from getting behind. In the 55thth minute of the game Cláudio López who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ECS FK's Antonín Škoda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ECS FK's Milutin Mrenović was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Javier Burrau in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio López in the 66th minute of play forced ECS FK's goalkeeper Antonín Škoda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Rafael Rezende fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ECS FK's protests and gave Rafael Rezende a yellow card for diving instead. ECS FK's Davis Damasceno was substituted for Basarab Bîlbă. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of ECS FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of NAGANO F.C:s goal. The supporters of NAGANO F.C booed when ECS FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlinhos Trancoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes NAGANO F.C got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio López. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davis Damasceno got free with Javier Burrau in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Davis Damasceno managed to get in a good position for a shot. ECS FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Davis Damasceno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Javier Burrau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 91st minute of the match Kléber Lima sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Javier Burrau skillfully saved the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davis Damasceno during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Davis Damasceno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind ECS FK's goalkeeper Antonín Škoda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
