Kryspin Kaminski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lain Obis in the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vetusta's Anxo Sánchez got a free kick in the 9th minute. After 11 minutes Vetusta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wincent Cwojdak who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Gortaty's Wincent Cwojdak got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 20 minutes, Lain Obis made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gortaty's Kryspin Kaminski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Anxo Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrzej Kicia kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Gortaty's Kryspin Kaminski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lain Obis in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Lain Obis made a precise shot to the right of Kryspin Kaminski. Gortaty's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Lain Obis might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kryspin Kaminski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lain Obis ran back to his position shaking his head. Arias Menendez hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wincent Cwojdak made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Vetusta's Lain Obis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Arias Menendez kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Gortaty got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Kicia. After having played for 73 minutes, Andrzej Kicia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gortaty's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrzej Kicia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Vetusta's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Cwojdak came free, but Jonas Aranzubia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Benedykt Siembab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Aranzubia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Vetusta's Lain Obis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kryspin Kaminski. Kryspin Kaminski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Lain Obis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Vetusta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 88th minute, Lain Obis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kryspin Kaminski. The goal made the score 1-6. Benedykt Siembab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Vetusta's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Siembab came free, but Jonas Aranzubia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vetusta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
