Malte Gerdberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kiko Correia. Jabaquara SC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 9 minutes of play Jabaquara SC's Breno Souto was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Jabaquara SC's Breno Souto got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Martin Bolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvig Sundin in the 14th minute of play forced Jabaquara SC's goalkeeper Kiko Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Jabaquara SC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Niklas Ekström was slow to take the kick. During this time Sunkens Surtröjor's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Niklas Ekström almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jabaquara SC's Kiko Correia did a great save. In the 17th minute, Ruperto Hever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Martin Bolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Kiko Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Martin Bolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiko Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Frisk charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Folke Frisk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 35 minutes into the match, Jabaquara SC's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Frisk came free, but Kiko Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute of the game Karl Stenkvist made a throw-in which Bengt Vennerkvist played forward. Martin Bolin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the game, Ruperto Hever was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jabaquara SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sunkens Surtröjor the free kick. Ruperto Hever kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilton Damião to make the kick off. When Martin Bolin came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Sunkens Surtröjor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Bolin couldn't finish the play. Sunkens Surtröjor's Martin Bolin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 56th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Kiko Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Frisk in the 71st minute of play. Ruperto Hever hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The nice shot from Martin Bolin in the 76thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Kiko Correia had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Folke Frisk was extremely unlucky when he, in the 81st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Kiko Correia didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sunkens Surtröjor's Martin Bolin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Martin Bolin sped through Jabaquara SC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kiko Correia. In the 88th minute, Ludvig Sundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Hever in the 94th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Karl-Magnus Anundsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
