Matthew Brookman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Aquilino Edur made a huge save. In the 6th minute, Abel Ursini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Froilan Oihenarte kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Jasper Delamore hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to Paladar Negro FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Abel Ursini hit a great ball. Matthew Brookman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquilino Edur having to interfere. Abel Ursini struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Fabien Barthez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paladar Negro FC. 20 minutes into the match, Paladar Negro FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Edur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matthew Brookman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasper Delamore in the 22nd minute of play forced Paladar Negro FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Edur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Peter Crouch fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a little luck, Paladar Negro FC's Aquilino Edur got control of the ball when Joel Groom tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasper Delamore in the 30th minute of play forced Paladar Negro FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Edur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquilino Edur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Crouch's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. A collision led to Egg Chasers FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Joel Groom hit a great ball. Abel Ursini took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabien Barthez. Fabien Barthez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Peter Crouch took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Aquilino Edur to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Froilan Oihenarte made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Paladar Negro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Crouch came free, but Aquilino Edur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Americo Macias hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Aquilino Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Brookman, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Franz Hardcastle kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Matthew Brookman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Paladar Negro FC's Americo Macias got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Aquilino Edur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthew Brookman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matthew Brookman in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Edur saved Paladar Negro FC from getting behind. Ronny Whieldon made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paladar Negro FC's Americo Macias. Peter Crouch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Matthew Brookman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aquilino Edur was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Paladar Negro FC's Aquilino Edur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthew Brookman in the 87th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Paladar Negro FC's Froilan Oihenarte dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Egg Chasers FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Paladar Negro FC for a fine match.
