When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Joël Rétière took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Aurelio Epifani to make any attempt to save it. Faustin Rouquie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Epifani having to interfere. Aurelio Epifani made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Titouan Levet sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Gladiator FC's Fedele Nardi got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute Francesco Tabacco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Helmut Lossimäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabiano Tatangelo in the 45th minute of play forced Fc Kertzfeld's goalkeeper Helmut Lossimäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Joël Rétière took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Aurelio Epifani to make any attempt to save it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fedele Nardi to make the kick off. If Fabiano Tatangelo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Kertzfeld's Joël Rétière got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fc Kertzfeld made a substitution. In the 75thth minute of the game Wesley Donato who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gladiator FC's Aurelio Epifani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kader Piette kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Fc Kertzfeld made a substitution. Chris Laurence replaced Faustin Rouquie. A collision led to Fc Kertzfeld getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Kader Piette hit a great ball.
