The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albano Raebert during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Lengua de Lobo got a freekick which was hit by Albano Raebert. When Wilfredo Astudillo fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canalla Fuego's protests and gave Wilfredo Astudillo a yellow card for diving instead. Wilfredo Astudillo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Canalla Fuego's Salvador Bahia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Illan in the 11th minute of play. Salvador Bahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chang Ceballos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Albano Raebert made a precise shot to the right of Salvador Bahia. Canalla Fuego's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Illan in the 31st minute of play forced Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Salvador Bahia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Bahia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Burdisso in the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Lengua de Lobo booed when Canalla Fuego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Uzuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 39th minute Ciro Farias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salvador Bahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ciro Farias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 45 minutes into the match, Ciro Farias notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Canalla Fuego's Salvador Bahia. Salvador Bahia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Lengua de Lobo were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Argoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Canalla Fuego's Salvador Bahia got control of the ball when Ciro Farias tried to sneak it across the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Illan notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Canalla Fuego's Salvador Bahia. Salvador Bahia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Salvador Bahia was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Ezequiel Illan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ezequiel Illan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Lengua de Lobo's zone, Isaac Eleder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agustin Rossi came out of the goal and Isaac Eleder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salvador Bahia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bernabe Bilintx. Canalla Fuego's Salvador Bahia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Farias in the 68th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Salvador Bahia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezequiel Illan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tito Pompei in the 73rd minute of play forced Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Salvador Bahia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 minutes Canalla Fuego's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tito Pompei who took care of the corner kick. 76 minutes into the game, Chang Ceballos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Salvador Bahia. Chang Ceballos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Ezequiel Illan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Salvador Bahia came out and tried to block the shot, but Ezequiel Illan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 80th minute. After 83 minutes of play, Lengua de Lobo's Ezequiel Illan made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salvador Bahia was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Tito Pompei took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Salvador Bahia to make any attempt to save it. Canalla Fuego's Wilfredo Astudillo got his second yellow card of the match in the 92nd minute. The referee ordered Wilfredo Astudillo off the ground. After a rather tough play, Canalla Fuego's Wilfredo Astudillo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Salvador Bahia was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tito Pompei. Lengua de Lobo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
