In the 11th minute the mills were awarded a corner. Cuarto Charro went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on the mills's corner Cuarto Charro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hudson Arósio quite easily take care of the ball. Reimundo Chasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Hudson Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After taking down the ball on Santo Amaro AC's corner Duarte Maia fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zilar Presedo quite easily take care of the ball. The the mills players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Santo Amaro AC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reimundo Chasco to strike the kick off in the second half.
