Obregón Busto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Urko, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Aquilino Bakar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Roldan Alzaga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 41 minute of play. When Calle Inda fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ornopata's protests and gave Calle Inda a yellow card for diving instead. Calle Inda kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roldan Alzaga to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Deportivo Turro's goal looked a bit too open when Xencio Tricio came free, but Aquilino Bakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deportivo Turro's Aquilino Bakar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xosepe Iñigo in the 53rd minute of play. Aquilino Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roldan Alzaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
