Laziali's supporters rose to their feet, but Tencho Mihalev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gelu Pașcalău breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tencho Mihalev got free with Gelu Pașcalău in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Laziali's Nikola Drinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Mavrogheni in the 59th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's goal looked a bit too open when Hristofor Ikonomov came free, but Gelu Pașcalău reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaklin Zhablyanov took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gelu Pașcalău.
