Nae Malcoci kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Omar Bardesi's late challenge caught a AFC PunisherS™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Omar Bardesi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, Omar Bardesi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Abner Orden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Ignătoiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes AFC PunisherS™ got a freekick which was hit by Mihnea Costea. In the 22nd minute, Eduard Isvoreanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Abner Orden came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Club Deportes La Serena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abner Orden couldn't finish the play. If Fabian Ciociu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waldemar Augustyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tudor Sârban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costin Ignătoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Matildo Orella, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Waldemar Augustyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Sârban in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Omar Bardesi in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Costin Ignătoiu saved AFC PunisherS™ from getting behind. Club Deportes La Serena's Waldemar Augustyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Sârban in the 36th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Abner Orden put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Costin Ignătoiu. Costin Ignătoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Bardesi in the 40th minute of the match. AFC PunisherS™ were furious when Constantin Uncu was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AFC PunisherS™! AFC PunisherS™ made a substitution. Ciprian Groza replaced Fabian Ciociu. The AFC PunisherS™ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Deportes La Serena were winning 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Bardesi got free with Costin Ignătoiu in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Club Deportes La Serena fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when Club Deportes La Serena's Abner Orden looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. AFC PunisherS™'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Omar Bardesi scored to the left of an out of position Costin Ignătoiu, making the score, 0-5. Club Deportes La Serena's Rogerio Recalde was substituted for Xabel Doursther. Abner Orden took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Ignătoiu. Costin Ignătoiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Francisco Martín Mahuzier hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Abner Orden left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportes La Serena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. 93 minutes into the game, Santiago Andrews was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Deportes La Serena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC PunisherS™ the free kick. Santiago Andrews kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
