Alexandre França was slow to take the kick. During this time Cassandros Elite Team's players had a chance to rest. If Percival Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cassandros Elite Team's Tomás Vilanova got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute, Luiz Fábio Leão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FIEL F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. FIEL F.C.'s Adelino Vasconcelos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save FIEL F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 41st minute, Isidro Mascarenhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The excitement rose when FIEL F.C.'s Hélio Sergipano after 42 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Cassandros Elite Team's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-3. In the 46th minute Luiz Fábio Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abílio Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 47 minutes, Alexandre França mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cassandros Elite Team and the FIEL F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FIEL F.C. booed when Cassandros Elite Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre França didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cassandros Elite Team's Abílio Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Leão in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Cerqueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adelino Vasconcelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Cerqueira in the 54th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Luiz Fábio Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abílio Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Abílio Abreu managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when FIEL F.C.'s 白桦岚 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 66 minutes into the game, FIEL F.C.'s Luiz Fábio Leão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abílio Abreu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Abílio Abreu came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by FIEL F.C.'s Luiz Fábio Leão. But to his dismay, Luiz Fábio Leão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Abílio Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Leão in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Cassandros Elite Team's goalkeeper Abílio Abreu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Fábio Leão. The supporters of FIEL F.C. booed when Cassandros Elite Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Máximo Barcelos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game 白桦岚 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cassandros Elite Team's Abílio Abreu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Percival Abraão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilson Leão did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Abílio Abreu 86 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Tomás Vilanova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cassandros Elite Team's Abílio Abreu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Cassandros Elite Team from getting a goal against them. If Gilson Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Luiz Fábio Leão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abílio Abreu was relentless in the 97th minute of the game.
