Duda Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vassilis Lazarakis in the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Carlos Fernando de Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alkis Kalaboukas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Grigoris Karagiotakis struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Duda Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GREEK ARMY. After a rather tough play, GREEK ARMY's Spyros Paterakis got a free kick in the 41st minute. Carlos Fernando de Lara really showed his touch with that goal: 2-7. After some careless play in the GREEK ARMY defense, Henrique Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alkis Kalaboukas. The GREEK ARMY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alkis Kalaboukas should have stopped the shot. GREEK ARMY's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Rubens Ramalho scored to the left of an out of position Alkis Kalaboukas, making the score, 2-9.
