Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adérito Amaro got the match started through his kick off. Adérito Amaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Zé Paulo Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rui Dias hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. When Adelino Belo fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hiperbórea's protests and gave Adelino Belo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Espigão Steamrollers booed when Hiperbórea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adelino Belo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Dias hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Adérito Amaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adérito Amaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, Patrick Hermes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Damião Sá. Patrick Hermes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 27 minutes into the match, Hiperbórea's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Hermes came free, but Damião Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Espigão Steamrollers's Otávio Valadares suffered a sore thigh after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Julião Quadros charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julião Quadros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Espigão Steamrollers's Edinho Severo was substituted for Otávio Valadares. After 31 played minutes Hiperbórea got a freekick which was hit by Julião Quadros. Zé Paulo Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adérito Amaro in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Adérito Amaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hiperbórea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espigão Steamrollers the free kick. 45 minutes into the match, Espigão Steamrollers's goal looked a bit too open when Adérito Amaro came free, but Zé Paulo Barros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edinho Severo made a kick off. Edinho Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Hiperbórea's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Gaúcho came free, but Damião Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Adérito Amaro made a precise shot to the right of Zé Paulo Barros. Espigão Steamrollers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 62 minutes of play, Espigão Steamrollers's Vitório Mello made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damião Sá was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Hiperbórea's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Hermes came free, but Damião Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovanni Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. When Hiperbórea's Adérito Amaro in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Espigão Steamrollers's goalie prevented a goal. Zé Paulo Barros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adérito Amaro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 79 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Hermes in the 89th minute of play forced Hiperbórea's goalkeeper Damião Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Espigão Steamrollers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rafa Saraiva in the 90th minute. A collision led to Espigão Steamrollers getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Natã Vergílio hit a great ball. Espigão Steamrollers were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Hiperbórea for a fine match.
