The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Mané Garrinchinha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vladimiro Hegoi lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 8th minute, one of Plebeyos:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Plebeyos. Plebeyos:s Carlos Manuel Goyeneche showed great skill when he stopped Agnaldo Vinhas:s penalty. 13 minutes into the game, Moises Escobar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Plebeyos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Błαck Bułłs MZ the free kick. In the 13th match minute, Plebeyos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Escobar to maneuver through the defense. Moises Escobar scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Pereira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atilano Perrando hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. When Ramiro Pietro came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Plebeyos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Pietro couldn't finish the play. Plebeyos's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mané Garrinchinha 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. In the 40th minute, Błαck Bułłs MZ's Kauã Soeiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Manuel Goyeneche. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iker Lluciano during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 43 played minutes Plebeyos got a freekick which was hit by Iker Lluciano. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eusébio Mattos to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Błαck Bułłs MZ's Adrianinho Zanette. But to his dismay, Adrianinho Zanette quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis María Rodriguez in the 62nd minute of play forced Błαck Bułłs MZ's goalkeeper Augusto Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Błαck Bułłs MZ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Adrianinho Zanette hit a great ball. Alejo Heli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Pereira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. If Moises Escobar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Plebeyos made a substitution. Efrain Bras replaced Moises Socorro. During the 75th minute of the match Gualter Leal completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gualter Leal a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Carlos Manuel Goyeneche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kauã Soeiro went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Plebeyos's Ernesto Arce was substituted for Alejo Heli. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Błαck Bułłs MZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Plebeyos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
