With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornelio Fernandez in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celio Tijero saved Chigüires De Mogadiscio from getting behind. In the 25th minute, Baladi Jorge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 28 minutes into the game, Cornelio Fernandez lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Celio Tijero. Celio Tijero didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when PINGO PINGO's Cornelio Fernandez shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Alvaro Matei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Celio Tijero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Peruanton Gayoso made the kick off in the second half. PINGO PINGO's Cornelio Fernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, PINGO PINGO's Leonel Claris got control of the ball when Baladi Jorge tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Chigüires De Mogadiscio booed when PINGO PINGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 minutes, Daniel Mingo mouthed his way into the referee's book.
