An unexpectedly hard shot by Koulis Saveris in the 4th minute of play forced CD Boiro's goalkeeper Walme Ortega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Tsioris made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Isidro Millán sent off a good shot on target. Koulis Saveris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Walme Ortega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bienvenido Saavedra's late challenge caught a AC Milan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bienvenido Saavedra helped the player get up and apologised. Bienvenido Saavedra kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Bienvenido Saavedra reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kostas Tsioris. The goal made the score 1-0. Bienvenido Saavedra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kostas Tsioris came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by CD Boiro's Isidro Millán. But to his dismay, Isidro Millán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kostas Tsioris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidro Millán, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, AC Milan's Diogenis Nestorakis seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Diogenis Nestorakis the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of AC Milan protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Diogenis Nestorakis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 28th minute, one of AC Milan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AC Milan. The goalkeeper, Kostas Tsioris, was totally fooled by CD Boiro's Duarte Morientes, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Kostas Tsioris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Millán in the 37th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Israel Muelas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kostas Tsioris. That made the score 4-0 in the 38 minute of play. Walme Ortega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orestis Katsadourakis in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adán Cuevas was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceandro Ocaña in the 51st minute of play forced AC Milan's goalkeeper Kostas Tsioris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led CD Boiro's Isidro Millán to fire away a dangerous shot which Kostas Tsioris despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to AC Milan getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Thodoris Pavlakakis hit a great ball. After 60 minutes, Koulis Saveris made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. CD Boiro's Walme Ortega tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. AC Milan's Kostas Tsioris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Millán in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Isidro Millán had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kostas Tsioris. AC Milan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Millán was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Kostas Tsioris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Millán in the 80th minute of the match. Koulis Saveris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walme Ortega having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ilixo Verdeja during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ilixo Verdeja hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. CD Boiro's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
