The referee ignored Gondor FC™'s protests and gave Hase Gutić a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gondor FC™'s Hase Gutić got a free kick in the 15th minute. Arnoldo Salamon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladi Galadrim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lordi Ring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Arnoldo Salamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Gelp 22's Reynaldo Harkaitz seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Reynaldo Harkaitz the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gelp 22 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Reynaldo Harkaitz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 33 minutes into the match, Gelp 22's goal looked a bit too open when Hakim Mikelini came free, but Arnoldo Salamon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lordi Ring scored 1-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnoldo Salamon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gelp 22's Arnoldo Salamon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Gelp 22 from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Remigio Hulberto charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
