Spectators: 172 (Terracing: 130, Seating: 39, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Klaus Roth started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, INTER Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walery Parzysz to maneuver through the defense. Jacek Majkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Lanzenkirchen got a freekick which was hit by Marlon Nimako. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Kajetan Dlugi managed to get in a good position for a shot. INTER Sosnowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Kajetan Dlugi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christopher Joeckel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute of the match, Boris Bayer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mariusz Kaczanka saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kajetan Dlugi struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Christopher Joeckel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for INTER Sosnowiec. Klaus Roth who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Mariusz Kaczanka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kajetan Dlugi hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Boris Bayer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mariusz Kaczanka. The goal made the score 1-0. Marlon Nimako charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marlon Nimako the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lanzenkirchen's goalkeeper Christopher Joeckel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Tomasz Pietrowiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kajetan Dlugi in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christopher Joeckel saved Lanzenkirchen from getting behind. Klaus Roth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45th play minutes Kajetan Dlugi shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Christopher Joeckel and just under the crossbar into goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kajetan Dlugi to make the kick off. Lanzenkirchen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Tomasz Pietrowiak scored to the left of an out of position Christopher Joeckel, making the score, 1-2. In the 61st minute, Klaus Roth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lanzenkirchen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After a rather tough play, Lanzenkirchen's Alexander Tschida got a free kick in the 63rd minute. INTER Sosnowiec's Mariusz Kaczanka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Grath in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in INTER Sosnowiec's zone, Boris Bayer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariusz Kaczanka came out of the goal and Boris Bayer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mariusz Kaczanka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Roth in the 75th minute of play. Manuel Grath succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-2. After 81 played minutes INTER Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Kajetan Dlugi. In the 84th minute, Manuel Grath made a precise shot to the right of Mariusz Kaczanka. INTER Sosnowiec's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. After a defensive mix-up in INTER Sosnowiec's zone, Klaus Roth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariusz Kaczanka came out of the goal and Klaus Roth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kajetan Dlugi got free with Christopher Joeckel in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute Rafal Cempa suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Alexander Tschida charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Tschida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of INTER Sosnowiec booed when Lanzenkirchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Tschida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lanzenkirchen walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
