Claudio Urtun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rainerio Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Elizardo in the 31st minute of play forced Altza Herria's goalkeeper Arcadio Caminero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jarana FC were winning 0-3.

After a rather tough play, Altza Herria's Rainerio Ruiz got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The shot was a little too simple and Arcadio Caminero could save by the left post. 65 minutes into the match, Altza Herria's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Di María came free, but Arcadio Caminero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well placed Angelo Di María short distance shot in the 89th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. After 92 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Di María. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Jarana FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
