In the 17th match minute, Ballet Azul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xulián Mancilla to maneuver through the defense. Edwin Helwig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The supporters of Beetje Moe Re-United booed when Ballet Azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Amigo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute, Roger de Zaaijer fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Juan Alfonso Cortazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, Ballet Azul's Juan Alfonso Cortazar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edwin Helwig narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
