The referee ignored ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR's protests and gave Cezmi Özge a yellow card for diving instead. 21 minutes into the match, ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Zonta came free, but Ali Kürşat Serimer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Faustão Castro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Kürşat Serimer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doni Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Ali Kürşat Serimer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustão Castro in the 29th minute of play. Clube dos pro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR the free kick. After 45 played minutes Clube dos pro got a freekick which was hit by Rony Cordeiro. After 47 played minutes ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Cezmi Özge. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hasan Tahsin Tamay made a kick off. Fahri Kiram sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th minute, Faustão Castro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and ZONGULDAKKÖMÜRSPOR's Ali Kürşat Serimer didn't even have to move. 59 minutes into the match, Faustão Castro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ali Kürşat Serimer, 2-2.
